Organic Center Planning Three 2011 Initiatives

This article discusses how the Organic Center is going to conduct three major studies this year for the purpose of finding evidence for the benefits of organic food. The studies will focus on the risks of pesticides, the difference between domestic food and imported food, and the nutritional value in organic grain products. The research methods will include: surveys, syndicated data analysis, and qualitative research.
