2) Dr. Oz points out that if you buy organic produce that's in season, you'll save money AND have the option of freezing it and saving it for later.

I honestly don't thing it's that much more expensive, BUT you have to cut back on the amount you eat. That's not as hard as it seems, because once you get the bad food cravings out of your system, it's not hard to crave good stuff. Dr. Oz is interesting (his show, that is). I watched him several days during snow week!
